Beau Brummel was kind of known as the trend setter in the 19th century. He started the trend for men to wear understated clothes but they were exquisite clothes. He is credited for introducing the suit and tie which is now worn throughout the world by millions of people. Beau Brummel in a way broke clothing norms and created pieces that weren’t really worn during that time period.

I think there are many people who could be considered a modern Beau Brummel. I think it is different for every person, though. I think it depends on the person because some of the trends there are now I know I would never wear, like biker shorts for example. I think the “famous” people that you watch and look up to can have an impact on your style. For me, I think Emma Chamberlain has had an influence on my style since I have started watching videos she posts a lot more. A lot of the things she wears I’ve started to buy for myself too. I think that every person can have someone they are inspired from for fashion.
